The building has been divided into seven apartments of various sizes and types: five in the and two in the gracious (dependance).
All the property has been restructured with the utmost care and respect for the original characteristics of the building.
The floors in old terracotta, beams in wood, the antique furniture has been carefully restored, recreating inside a warm and friendly atmosphere of the Tuscan hillside villas.
All the apartments have the utmost comfort with large internal spaces and comfortably and functionally furnished.
Inside the large lounge-dining room you can taste the typical products of our zone, taking advantage of the kitchen space supplied with cutlery and plates, fridge and electric oven.
The bedrooms are large, comfortable and have easy access to the independent bathroom with a shower and bidet.

The prices include electricity, warm and cold water, weekly supply of linen, television (italian ddt), final cleaning of the apartment and access to wi-fi internet area; heating during winter is not included. Also available are beds for young babies.
The prices don't include the Tourist Tax of 1 euro per night per person older than 12 years old. |
